Most food entrepreneurs figure it out the hard way — months navigating permits, pricing mistakes, and retail rejections alone. The Incubator shortcuts all of that. 24 Saturday sessions over 6 months, every module building on the last, with Maria coaching you every step.

“Sincerely Kitchen gave me the space and the confidence to turn my passion into a real business. Maria walked me through every step of the permit process — I couldn't have done it without this community.”
Dee — founder of Dee's Nutty Cheese. Started at Sincerely Kitchen, now on retailer shelves across the Lower Mainland.
You should have at least a general food product in mind. It doesn't need to be fully developed — Week 1 of the program is dedicated to sharpening your concept before you spend money on it.
The program fee covers all 24 sessions, Maria's monthly 1:1 coaching, and kitchen access during the incubation phase. Your own business expenses — ingredients, packaging, business registration — are separate.
Expect 2–4 hours per week outside of sessions — mostly completing that week's deliverable. During the incubation phase (Dec–Feb) you'll also schedule your own kitchen production time.
